Cheesy Steak Fajita Pizza

  • 1 cup of cheddar cheese

  • 1 tbsp of oil

  • BBQ sauce for drizzle

  • 1 tbsp of Guard Dawg’s Chile Pepper Spice Rub

  • 1/4 cup salsa

  • 1 yellow or red bell pepper, diced

  •  1 Pizza Dough/Crust of your choice

  • 1 grilled chicken breast, diced into pieces

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit

  2. On a standard 12” diameter pizza pan, lightly drizzle with oil and set your dough/pizza crust.

  3. Spread the salsa evenly on the pizza dough and top with diced chicken.

  4. Dice up the bell pepper into pieces and top the pizza. Do the same with the cheese, ensuring all edges are covered evenly.

  5. Place in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown. In this case, we used a thin crust pizza, however pre made doughs may take longer.

  6. Take out the pizza and slice. Serve and enjoy!!
