1 tablespoon of honey
1/3 cup water
Salt and pepper
Instructions

Coat the steak with oil and season it with salt and pepper.
Heat a medium sized pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of oil.
Once the oil is shimmering, add the steak and cook on each side for 3 minutes.
Let the steak rest for 10 minutes, and cut the steak into thin slices against the grain.
In the same pan over medium heat with 1 tablespoon of oil, add the steak back in.
Add in the Guard Dawg Ancho Chile Mango Spice Rub, honey, and water. Mix well, and let the steak simmer for 5 minutes.
Cook until steak is to your desired doneness.
