Fiery Chile Pepper Chicken Drumsticks

Ingredients:
1 pack of chicken drumsticks
2 tablespoons of oil
2 tablespoons Guard Dawg Ancho Chile-Mango Spice Rub
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons Guard Dawg Ancho Chile-Mango Spice Rub
1/2 stick of butter
Instructions:
In a large bowl, clean and rinse your chicken with water.
Pat the chicken dry and set aside.
Add the chicken to a large mixing bowl along with the oil and the Guard Dawg Ancho Chile-Mango Spice Rub. Mix well.
Fire up your grill at medium-high heat. Once grill is heated to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, add the chicken and grill 5 minutes on each side.
While the chicken is cooking, heat a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat and add in the butter, water, brown sugar and Guard Dawg’s Ancho Chile-Mango Spice Rub.
Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Set aside.
After 30 minutes, remove the chicken and add it to a large pan. Pour the sauce on top and mix well.
Add the pan of chicken back to your grill/smoker for 2 hrs at 300 degrees Fahrenheit.
