Ingredients
1 pound Ribeye Steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 cups rice, cooked
4 large tortillas
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons of Guard Dawg Jalapeño Spice Rub
1 tablespoon of honey
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Optional: salsa, queso cheese, cilantro, onion, etc.
Instructions
In a large frying pan, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Once the olive oil starts to shimmer, add the cubed steak and cook for 5 minutes per side or to your desired doneness.
Now it’s time for the assembly: spoon about half a cup of rice on the center of each burrito. Top the rice with your desired amount of steak cheese, and desired toppings (be careful not to overfill the tortilla).
Fold the bottom of the tortilla over the mixture, fold in both sides of the tortilla, and continue to roll the tortilla up.
Serve your burrito with your desired toppings!
